*Please note this quotes are for shipments that weight 2 lbs. and with a merchandise value of US$5,000.00

3. An adult signature is required on all orders.

Our shopping bag is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders to the United States. However, we are more than happy to work with our International shoppers in three ways.

Customs and Duties
You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchange Policy
All orders are non-refundable; UZCA Jewels provides store credit only and is valid for six-months from date of purchase. Special orders and Final Sale items are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to UZCA.com.
International Shipping Returns
International customers may return items by mail following our return and exchange policy; please contact one of our Customer Service Associate.  International customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any duties on returned items. UZCA Jewels cannot refund tax and duty costs for uzca.com orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the total amount of the merchandise.

Special Orders and Final Sale items
Special Orders and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important: UZCA Jewels will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a store credit and a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the item value may apply.

UZCA Store Credit
A UZCA Store Credit is valid for six-months from date of purchase. Store credits are redeemable at special events, such as trunk shows, online and via telephone.

UZCA Jewels has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or rent your name, e-mail address or other identifiable information to any third party. Please check back periodically as our privacy policy may change from time to time.

Information Collection and Use
To provide you the best possible products and services, we will request specific personal information when you register on uzca.com, when you make a product purchase. Any personal information collected on UZCA.com is knowingly and voluntarily provided by customers and visitors to our site.

We will automatically store your credit card number and expiration date on our secure server with your account so that you will not have to fill out this information again during future visits and purchases at uzca.com. This information is used solely for billing purposes when you order from uzca.com.
We may occasionally run contests and other similar promotions on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (such as their e-mail address) and demographic information (such as their zip code, age, or income level). We use this contact information to send registered users and current customer’s information about our company as well as marketing and promotional materials from our company as well as our partners.
